*Special only includes basic residential snow plowing for the FRONT DRIVEWAY & FRONT WALKWAY ONLY.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

 

• Must be located in Trails End Neighborhood (37931 - Knoxville, TN).

• Does NOT include salt, sand or ice-melt.

• Does not include accumulation of snow or ice, after initial plowing. May use special rate again but this would be an additional instance and quote.

• Southern Shade Landscaping LLC is not responsible for any damage caused by snow plowing, snow piled-up, or damage to any items that are not visible due to snow coverage.

• Southern Shade Landscaping shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to property, materials or injuries to individuals caused by the personal actions of the customer or other household members or guests before, during or after such works have been carried out.

• Credit Card Payment options are available but a 3% fee will be added to the $60 charge.

• Southern Shade Landscaping is responsible to perform only the services described on this form & signed quote/estimate. Any additional services discussed or implied that are not defined explicitly by the quote/estimate will be considered outside of the scope and will require an addendum quote/estimate be completed.
